Show what your vehicle can actually carry
A useful offer specifies the vehicle location, availability date, intended destination area, body type and remaining payload. Add usable loading dimensions and pallet spaces. What matters is the capacity actually available, not just the vehicle's maximum capacity.
For a partly loaded vehicle, explain what additional cargo can fit. Side-loading access, a tail lift and other equipment details help avoid unsuitable enquiries.
Save vehicle information once
Save vehicles in your fleet and select them when preparing a new vehicle offer. Recurring specifications do not have to be entered from scratch.
Still check the details for each offer. Location, availability and remaining payload can change between jobs. A saved vehicle is not automatically suitable for every shipment.
